engagements to ongoing carbon management. This enables companies to measure, manage,
report and reduce their carbon emissions across the areas of travel, waste and energy
consumption.
True carbon management involves working with the suppliers of your consumption data
to ensure emissions can be calculated accurately and using a consistent methodology.
Our own in-house reporting platform takes in information across your suppliers of
travel, waste and energy services applying the applicable conversion factors and
adhering to GHG reporting protocols.
Our reporting service has been designed to be flexible to accommodate a wide range
of inputs that have been categorised as below in modular format.
Carbon Statement CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme
In order to be compliant with the mandatory CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme commencing
in April 2010, companies will have to report the emissions relating to their energy
consumption. Carbon Statement can help with every aspect of the administrative,
technical, financial and legal aspects of compliance with the new legislation.
Carbon Statement Travel
An individual Carbon Statement for each employee is produced relating to the emissions
from their business travel including train, air, taxi, car mileage and hotel stays.
Carbon Statement Energy
Electricity, gas and water usage feeds can all be taken from suppliers for input
into Carbon Statement where the data can be used to report against specific customer
buildings and sites.
Carbon Statement Waste
Waste products and recycling can also be accounted for in Carbon Statement with
the relevant carbon emissions and carbon avoidance included in your regular report
at a corporate and per site basis.
